Third quarter 19th century, American. The pierce carved molded crest with C-scroll flanked by reticulated cartouches on the corners above the shaped mirror plate within a molded surround, flanked by shelves with molded edges on ring-reel-and baluster-turned supports. Mounted on a shaped Carrara marble shelf with turret corners. The marble fitted to a conforming molded frame raised on molded cabriole legs joined by a shaped lower shelf. SIZE: 78″ h x 42″ w x 19-1/2″ d. CONDITION: Wood chip near top of mirror frame. Lower left shelf with crack.
