*PRIME CASED WALTHER MODEL 1925 SPORT MODEL PISTOL WITH 7-1/2″ BARREL.SN 4491. Cal. 22 LR. Commercial bright blue finish overall with torpedo target weight numbered to gun. Drift adjustable rear sport sights with checkered one piece wood grips and 10 round magazine. Very fine period fitted single pistol case with green wool lining with dark fabric covering over wood construction. No maker’s name or markings are discernible on casing. PROVENANCE: The Esteemed Collection Of Noted Expert And Author Warren Buxton. CONDITION: Very fine overall with a very modest amount of finish loss on side of slide from operation and at muzzle from use. Estimated no more than 10% finish loss. Grips are exceptionally fine with several very minor bruises and a slight amount of finish loss probably from being stored in the case.
