Large mohair head and arm jointed begging rabbit from the circa 1950-1952 time frame. With large brown and black pupil eyes, a pink hand embroidered nose and mouth, black claws, monofilament whiskers, and airbrushed highlights. Pre-Manni rabbit design. With original bow and bell. His IDs include the unusual “STEIFF” in all capitals button, traces of his yellow ear tag, and a US Zone tag. Produced overall from 1949 through 1960 in 10, 17, 22, 28, 35, 50, and 65cm.
