*◊ UNIQUE .30 CALIBER MAUSER INTERARMS 1902 STYLE LUGER CARBINE POST-PRODUCTION RUN SN 251.

SN 251. Cal. 30 Luger. 11-3/4″ bbl with long ramp front sight and 3-position rear sight, marked “.30Luger” on top. Blank chamber. “DWM” scroll in gold on center toggle link. Dished toggles (standard Commemorative Carbines have 1920 style toggles) to commemorate 1902 carbine. Full SN on right receiver and right frame. Post-war Eagle/N proof on left receiver. No Interarms markings on right receiver (for European market). No gold inscription on left frame as on standard examples. Checkered walnut forearm with sling swivel. Checkered walnut grips. Grip safety. Front grip strap is marked “Mauser-Werke Oberndorf GMBH”. Plain wood bottom mag. Checkered walnut stock with horn buttplate and sling swivel. Stock lug is numbered to gun. 250 commemorative 9mm carbines were made by Mauser circa 1980. This gun is .30 cal and its SN 251 (possibly one of a kind). With two extra mags and Mauser banner marked takedown tool in the orig reddish/orange leather case with brass fittings and green faux suede fitted interior. PROVENANCE: The Friedrich-Wilhelm Dauphin Collection, Germany. CONDITION: Near new, retaining 99%+ orig blue and straw with almost no wear on sharp edges and corners. Wood is bright and retains orig color, all checkering is sharp. Bore is bright and sharp. Mechanics are excellent. Accessories are near new.
