BENCH MADE HEPPLEWHITE STYLE BOW FRONT SIDEBOARD.

Second half 19th century, England. Rectangular top with bow front, with ebony stringing along edge above the conforming case fitted with bank of 2 central drawers flanked by hinged curved door with simulated drawer fronts, opposing side with bank of 2 drawers all with cock-beaded edges and with contrasting string inlaid borders. Raised on 6 tapering ring turned and reeded cylindrical legs with ringed cuffs and tapering feet. SIZE: 36″ h x 64-1/2″ l x 27-3/4″ d. CONDITION: Sideboard professionally restored and re-polished, top with two 8″ rectangular patches at rear corners, proper left drawers with toned and colored filled shrinkage cracks and with additional cosmetic repairs to edges and veneers. 50494-35 (800-1,200) – Lot 3110
