COLT ROOT REVOLVER. SN 2762, matching on frame and bbl. Cal. 31. 4-1/2″ round bbl. Fluted cylinder with patent markings in one flute. CONDITION: Traces of color on loading lever and hammer, otherwise gray patina mixed with dents, scratches and light to moderate pitting on the cylinder. The grips are worn around the bottom and have about 75% varnish remaining. Mechanically needs work. 4-46346 FS139 (700-1,100)
