TIFFANY GOLD FAVRILE LAMP.

Tiffany favrile lamp has gold iridescent candle lamp shade with stretched and ruffled rim and subtle pink and blue highlights to the iridescence. Shade is signed on the fitter “L.C.T. Favrile”. Shade is married to a gold favrile base with green leaf and vine decoration, each leaf is intaglio carved. Lamp is completed with a bronze collar, harp and cap along with an acorn pull chain. Signed on the underside “L.C. Tiffany-Favrile”. SIZE: Shade: 7-3/4″ dia. Base: 16-1/4″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent. Base is very good to excellent with some light wear to the iridescence on side of foot. Patina on metal shows some wear and discoloration. A cloth pad has been made to fit around the shade ring to accommodate the larger opening of the candle lamp shade. Base is rewired with contemporary plastic cord. 5-69425 (2,250-2,750) – Lot 3078
