Teddy is 5-ways jointed and made from white mohair that has mellowed to a vanilla color over time. He has tan felt pads with four brown claws on each paw. Nonworking growler. Teddy’s face has a particularly long, pointed, and prominent muzzle, and is detailed with black shoebutton eyes and a brown hand-stitched nose and mouth. He retains his trailing “F” button as his Steiff ID. SIZE: Overall 13-1/2″ t (34cm). Sitting 9″ (23cm). PROVENANCE: Chuck & Cathy Steffes Collection. CONDITION: All felt pads and claw stitching has been professionally restored and replaced. Possible ankle repairs. Some play wear and general mohair loss over entire body and head.
