Shade with geometric tortoise shell amber to pale green panels above a row of scrolling emerald to gold acorn panels continuing to three rows of rectangular leaded glass tortoiseshell green panels. Shade is supported by a three arm Grecian form bronze oil lamp base with font raised on four decorated flattened cabriole legs joined to a molded stepped plinth with in-curved sides. The base with an inset “23, shade is signed Tiffany Studios. Inset canister impressed with “Tiffany Studios/9898”. SIZE: Shade 16″ d x 7″ h. Overall base 21″ h. CONDITION: Glass panels with quality fiery color. Shade shows evidence of having been dropped on top ring causing downward depression and subsequent cracking in several panels within first two rows. Additional slight cracks in acorn panels. Base unsigned. Font signed as noted. Electrical fittings are after market.
