**AUTO-ORDNANCE WEST HURLEY US MODEL 1928 THOMPSON MACHINE GUN WITH CASE AND ACCESSORIES (CURIO & RELIC).

SN 1645A. Cal. 45 ACP. 12-5/8″ bbl with compensator. This exceedingly fine condition West Hurley Thompson is set up with sling swivels, has a bullet logo compensator and includes two 50 round “Auto-Ordnance” marked contemporary drums, seven 30 round mags, one 20 round mag, a reproduction double drum hard case, a 1928 A1 GI Thompson parts kit less bbl and forend iron but with 2 bolts and 3 bolt actuators. Also included is a steel “Philadelphia Ordnance” dummy receiver expertly marked on both sides. Firing mechanism moves smoothly when operated by hand, this weapon appears fully functional. This is a National Firearms Act item and requires BATF approval prior to transfer. This weapon is fully transferable on an ATF form 3 or form 4 as Curio & Relic eligible. CONDITION: Overall finish and appearance near excellent with some slight brassing to the protective high edges of the Lyman adjustable sight and high edge wear to the actuator slot. Robust and attractive wood furniture has some handling marks. Bore is excellent, shiny and bright. Mags are in excellent condition with lustrous blue finish, “Philadelphia” dummy receiver new in box, parts kit pieces appear to be in new un-issued condition, reproduction case with tan liner also in extremely fine condition.
