SN 56033. Cal. 9mm. 8″ bbl. Extremely attractive re-finished Madsen M50 has discernible “ME0001” scratched in just above the SN on the right side underneath the re-finish. Grip safety not present to the rear of the mag housing; one can surmise that a previous owner found this troublesome and removed it. This weapon includes 1 orig mag and a nylon sling. Stock folds with proper tension. Firing mechanism moves smoothly when operated by hand, this weapon appears fully functional. This is a National Firearms Act item and requires BATF approval prior to transfer. This weapon is fully transferable on an ATF form 3 or form 4. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish near excellent as re-finished with some noticeable spots of pitting underneath the finish. None of this detracts from the attractiveness of this fast firing and handy machine gun. Bore is good with some darkness to the lands and grooves.
