The chicken or asparagus tongs have a chicken claw side opposing a pierced decorated flat spatula with bright cut work. The tongs having a medial solid yoke finished at each end with a small profile medallion. The end with 2 larger profile medallions. Marked with Gorham hallmarks and having additionally the retailer “Shreve Stanwood & Co” Circa 1860-1869. No monogram. SIZE: 12-3/4″ l. Weight: 8 Troy oz.
