China, Qing Dynasty. The pendant carved with a detailed landscape with a figure in a boat, trees overhead, and a mountainous terrain in the background. The reverse shallow carved with a group of characters all done below stylized dragons accenting the top border. Jade is well polished and is carved from a greyish white colored stone. SIZE: 2-1/4″ l.
