TIFFANY STUDIOS POPPY TABLE LAMP.

Tiffany Studios table lamp has richly colored poppies with striated red, orange, blue and purple petals with a band of leaves in shaded blue, and green, as well as cream colored drapery glass, giving the leaves a three-dimensional feel. Pattern is set against an aqua blue mottled background. Each poppy flower is overlaid on exterior with a bronze acid etched center and band of leaves is overlaid on the interior of the shade with acid etched veins adding to the three-dimensional effect when lamp is lit. Shade rests on a Tiffany Studios pumpkin base with textured brown patina. Base is mounted with a five arm spider and is signed on the underside of the removable font “Tiffany Studios New York 21218 5”. Lamp has been electrified with a conversion burner so nothing has been drilled. SIZE: Shade is 16-3/4″ dia. Lamp is 18-1/2″ t to top of shade & 21″ t to top of chimney. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent with only a few tight hairlines. Base is very good to excellent with some minor wear to patina. 5-68488 (75,000-95,000) – Lot 2602
