Late 19th century, France. The square revolving top divided in 4-hinged quadrants. The exterior edges mounted with gilt metal ormolu bands cast with guilloches, opening to a baseline gaming surface with tooled leather borders. Each section with well for chips. Projecting above the conforming frieze with recess panels and ormolu trim and fitted with a single deep drawer raised on tapered stop fluted cylindrical legs with inlaid with ormolu decorations. The brass-capped feet with water leaf castings. SIZE: 29-1/2″ h x 22″ square. CONDITION: Table retains old surface with losses to edges of table top and with repairs to the tips of each flap.
