Late 19th Century Switzerland. This nice example in a small box of simulated rosewood, the lid decorated with a songbird on a flowering branch. Retaining original tune list on lid interior; the box numbered “19366” with matching serial number stamped on brass movement. The cylinder and comb intact. 6″ cylinder. SIZE: 5-1/8″ h x 13-1/2 l x 6-1/2″ w. CONDITION: Box with original dry surface. Box retains original key. Musical movement in very good condition and operable.
