GROUP OF THREE BRASS AND ONYX FERN STANDS.Late 19th and 20th century, American. The first, a cast-brass round tabouret on spiral twist legs joined by an in-curved box stretcher. The second, a 3-tier cast-metal plant stand, each shelf cast with scrolling leaf tips and fitted with a square gray tile. All joined to square reeded brass supports, surmounted by pineapple finials and terminating an out-scrolled cast foliate feet. The third, a similar design with 2 central shelves fitted with onyx inserts cast with shells and leaf tips, joined to square and spiral twists supports to which they are fastened. A pair of demilune shelves cast with scrolling flower heads and join to the supports by scrolled angled supports. The whole raised on delicate scrolled vine-like feet. SIZE: 1) 21-1/2″ h x 16″ dia. 2) 41″ h x 13″ sq. 3) 48″ h x 26-1/2″ l x 13″ w. PROVENANCE: From a Maine/Texas estate being sold unreserved. CONDITION: Generally good.
