TWO-PIECE INLAID MAHOGANY PARLOR SUITE.Late 19th, early 20th century, American. Comprising a settee and upholstered side chair. Each stepped crest rail with pillow crest inlaid with mother of pearl belle flowers within scrolling satinwood borders above an over-upholstered panel above an upholstered seat raised on out-swept square legs terminating in carved paw feet. SIZE: Settee: 32″h at back x 16″ h of seat x 45″ l. Side chair: 35-1/2″ h at back x 17″ h of seat x 17″ w. PROVENANCE: From a Maine/Texas estate being sold unreserved.
