Late 19th early 20th century, America. This fine casting depicting a patriotic displayed eagle, holding a cluster of arrows, an olive branch and shield in its talons. Designed for exterior use with remnants of bluish/green paint, the shield with red, white, and blue painted surface. SIZE: 14″ h x 32″ w wingspan.
