PAIR OF CARVED DISPLAYED ARCHITECTURAL EAGLES.Late 19th, early 20th century. These left and right gilt decorated and carved eagles, each grasping a branch drilled for mounting. It is supposed that these may very well have been designed to be mounted above doorways. SIZE: 7″ h x 32-1/2″ wingspan. PROVENANCE: From the personal estate collection of John W.
