Rousseau pate de verre bowl has grape vine leaves cascading from the rim in dark purple shading to red towards the foot, with three bright violet grape clusters, all set against a clear background with purple mottling. Vase is pictured in G.Argy Rousseau Glassware As Art by J. Bloch-Dermant, p209, fig 26.10. Vase is signed with molded “G.Argy-Rousseau” signature on side of vase and molded “France” on underside.
