Argy Rousseau night light in the Flowers & Buds pattern features red stylized flowers and buds against a brown shading to amber background, resting on its original base of forged iron with three forged iron feet and rewired with contemporary plastic cord and socket. Similar example pictured in the book G. Argy-Rousseau Glassware As Art by J. Bloch-Dermant, p 211, fig 27.09. Shade is signed on the side “G. Argy Rousseau” and “France”. Base is unsigned.
