20th century, England. Composed of 19th century elements. One sign in English, the second in Gaelic. The signboards each decorated with the figure of a toucan advertising Guinness and the “Boot Inn.” The boards with applied carved cresting and flanked by engaged half round turned architectural columns. SIZE: 70″ h x 45″ w each. CONDITION: Painted surface remains clear and vibrant with appropriate weathering, paint loss and in use wear.
