CAST IRON AND ZINC GARDEN FOUNTAIN AND APPROXIMATELY 50 PIECES CAST IRON GARDEN EDGING.1) Probably manufactured by either Fisk or Mott, New York City, circa 1880. The 6′ ground dish has frog and lily pad motif on rim. The mid-section with round bridgework base with three egrets forming the pedestal supporting a catch basin with foliate design. The fountain is surmounted by a cast zinc figure of young boy holding a large fish, designed with a fountain head in the fish’s mouth (not present). 2) Rustic pattern with heavy castings. Approximately 50 pieces. SIZE: 1) 96″ t x 6′ w (across base). 2) 15″ t x 22″ l. CONDITION: 1) Ground dish with holes, cracks and repairs, basin with repairs, the whole with recent paint. 2) Generally good. 49913-1 (2,500-3,500) – Lot 2454
