Coin finished receiver engraved with pointer and pheasants on left, lab with harvested goose on top, and lab with three ducks in marsh scene on right, all surrounded by acanthus leaf scroll engraving. Buttstock and forearm are beautiful skip line checkered. Blued steel buttplate. No engraver signature noted. Gold plated trigger. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining nearly all orig finish to both wood and metal with minor light field use. Minor handling marks. Bores bright and shiny. Mechanics are crisp.
