Second half 19th century, American. 1) Rectangular molded marble top with canted corners above the conforming step molded apron joined to a baluster-ring-and urn-turned standard joined to four molded C-scrolled downturned legs applied with rosettes and shaped burl panels. 2) Rectangular top with beveled edge and canted corners above conforming molded frieze raised on slender baluster and ring-turned pedestal joined to molded legs with incised carving. 3) The associated rectangular marble top with beveled edge and cut corners projecting above reeded rectangular apron raised on four reeded C-scrolled downswept legs centering a block support with reeded ball top finial. 4) Oval Carrera marble top with beveled edge above conforming molded apron raised on a turned center pedestal, now reduced in height on four C-scrolled molded outswept legs. SIZE: 1) 29″ h x 26″ l x 19″ w. 2) 28-1/2″ h x 20-1/2″ l x 14-1/2″ w. 3) 30″ h x 18″ l x 14″ w. 4) 21″ h x 28″ l x 22″ w. PROVENANCE: From a Maine/Texas estate being sold unreserved. CONDITION: 1) Small chip to underside edge of marble. Otherwise very good. 2) Generally good with small chip to underside edge of marble. 3) Marble with some roughness to lower edge. Marble is not original to table as stated. Base structurally good. 4) Top is good.
