THREE FINE ISFAHAN SILK RUGS, CENTRAL PERSIA.

20th Century. 1) Floral poled arabesque medallion on a blue/black ground with dense polychrome floral vinery. The rose pink main border with large lotus blossoms interspersed with floral sprays and song birds within multiple floral guard borders. 2) A finely woven example with poled arabesque medallion on a sky blue field with polychrome floral sprays within rose pink scrolling spandrels each centering a rectangular panel with a flower filled urn and c-scrolled corners within a sky blue floral main border flanked by scrolling floral guard borders. The outer guard border wrought with a central moth at one end, 3) The ivory central mandela with a floral filled stylized urn emitting dense floral tendrils amongst which are fanciful songbirds within a main border of a pale bronze tone with dense scrolling vinery, exotic birds, and floral sprays. SIZE: 1) 3′ 4″ x 5′. 2) 2′ 6″ x 3′ 9″. 3) 3′ 8″ x 5′ 6″. PROVENANCE: From a Maine/Texas estate being sold unreserved.
