Last quarter 19th century, Switzerland. The rosewood case with hinged lid inlaid with central musical trophy centering within a cross-banded border. The box fitted with a 13-1/2″ ten tune cylinder playing on a comb with a lyre form damper, additionally fitted with a moderator speed adjuster dial and Jacot’s safety check. SIZE: 8″ t x 28-3/4″ l (case) x 12″ d. CONDITION: Case re-polished with original carrying handles, structurally very good.
