SN 287654. Cal. 38 SPL. 4-1/2″ bbl. Early high polish blue with early rampant Colt hard rubber grips. With exceptional early blue label Colt shipping box and accessories. PROVENANCE: The Charles Copeland, Jr. Collection. CONDITION: Exceptional condition New Army with most early high polish blue remaining, slight finish loss on grip strap, and leading edges of muzzle. Has slight finish loss at flutes of cyl. Still retains most of bright peacock blue on trigger. Grips are exceptional with no cracks or material loss. Box is very fine with exceptional blue label, with correct first 3 digits of SN and last 3 indiscernible. Manufactured 1907. 50823-10 TDW (1,000-1,500) C&R – Lot 2405
