DAUM NANCY CAMEO AND WHEEL-CARVED FLORAL VASE.

Well executed Daum vase has cameo and enameled purple lady slipper flowers originating from the foot and cameo and enameled rose branches with carved leaves descending from the upper rim leading to three red wheel-carved rose blooms. Upper and lower rims, as well as stems and leaves have gold trim, all set on an opalescent acid-textured background. Vase is signed in gold on pontil “Daum Nancy” with cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 5″ t. PROVENANCE: From an Unreserved Texas Collection.
