Rare Loetz Phanomen vase, commonly called black bottom vase, has black iridescent free flowing band around the bottom with cream colored waves throughout. The black band gives way to waves of light blue or platinum iridescence against a gold iridescent background. Rim of the vase is decorated with a band of platinum iridescence with orange iridescent waves throughout. Signed in the polished pontil “Loetz Austria”. SIZE: 7-1/8″ t.
