MAKERS, MERIDEN, CONN BERNARD STEEL”. Double triggers, auto ejectors and auto safety, # 2 frame size. Pistol grip buttstock and splinter forearm checkered in traditional CHE pattern. LOP 14-1/4″ with 1-1/4″ Red Silvers pad. Un-engraved gold name shield in stock. Receiver with Pointer on left, Setter on right. Deer in game scene on bottom, all surrounded with Parker scroll. Weight 7 lbs. 12 oz. According to The Parker Story one of 250 made in this configuration. This gun originally shipped without ejectors, but was likely returned to Parker Bros. to have the ejectors added. CONDITION: Excellent as restored. Retains virtually all finish to metal and wood as restored by Brad Bachelder. Forearm wood shows repair. Mechanics excellent.
