CONDITION: Silver is fair to good. 2) A Kate Greenaway-type girl wearing a hat trimmed with feathers and a long coat and carrying a muff stands next to a pretty napkin holder with an openwork design. The plain, raised, rectangular base has cutout corners. Marked “James W. Tufts #1615”. Plate 561. CONDITION: Silver is good. 3) A cow stands on a raised, round base next to a napkin holder.
