LOT OF 3 FIGURAL NAPKIN RINGS.1) Jack and Jill start up the “hill” on which is engraved “Jack and Jill”. The two children are Kate Greenaway-type figures. The metal folds under, forming the space where the napkin goes. Marked “James W. Tufts #1667”. Plate 569. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. Often, Jack’s bucket is missing. Silver is fair to good. 2) A lily leaf base supports a napkin holder on a short pedestal. A lily bud, whose stem forms a handle, decorates one side. Marked “Meriden B. Company #168”. Plate 495. CONDITION: Silver is good. May have been replated long ago. 3) A heart-shaped base holds a winged cherub, chicken foot and wishbone – all the symbols necessary for the “Best Wishes” engraved on the napkin holder. Marked “Rogers & Bro. #4376”. Plate 436-left. CONDITION: Silver is good.
