WILLIAM AND MARY OAK WAINSCOT BENCH.Circa 1700, English or American. With four bold archival panels in back and robustly turned front legs. The rails drilled and molded in the fashion of bedrails with arms that terminate with round scrolled arm terminus. SIZE: 40-1/2″ h x 74″ l x 27″ d. Seat h 16-3/4″ without upholstery. CONDITION: Good with pleasing old restored color. Appears to have always been fitted for an upholstered seat, upholstery not present. Iron brace running from bottom of front center leg to back added and two medial bows to sub frame of seat not present. 49369-3 (1,000-2,000) – Lot 2341
