First half 20th century, Massachusetts. Of typical form, the sailor with blue shirt and white bell bottom trousers with Jack Tar hat. Each extended arm with attached paddles mounted on a rod to a later wood block base. SIZE: 18-1/2″ t. Overall 22-1/2″ t x 12″ w. CONDITION: Structurally very good.
