1895-98, Massachusetts. The time only example with 3″ silvered dial set in a heavy brass case engraved with the numeral “21”. The case base fitted with arbor to disengage mounting bracket from case. Brass winder protrudes from base within which is mounted a brass arbor for adjusting the time. Case with detachable dial cover with clear glass lens. SIZE: 4-3/4″ t x 4″ w x 3″ d.
