18th Century. The brass dial having silver ring & name rondel “William Kipling, London”. Time strike, brass movement with bell. Rare blue polychromed case having a tombstone door with chinoiserie type decoration in red & gold. The chinoisserie case restored in 1861. Two brass can weights & pendulum with bob present, no key.
