THREE R. LALIQUE METAL PIECES.

1) R. Lalique cast bronze buckle has a peacock in the center with swirling foliage decorating the rest of the buckle. Signed above the peacock in block letters “R. Lalique”. 2) Pressed Lalique sterling silver medal. Scene shows a woman aiding a wounded soldier. Impressed to the side of the soldier reads “Aidez Nous a Les Sauve”. Stamped on the edge “Lalique”. 3) Cross shaped medal shows woman kneeling and aiding a small child. Underneath is an inscription “Orphelinat des Armees”. Stamped beneath the woman is “R. Lalique”. SIZE: 1) Buckle is 4-1/2″ l. 2) Medal is 1-1/8″ dia. 3) Medal is 1-1/8″ sq. CONDITION: Buckle is very good, backside shows some grinding and crude solder work. 5-68594 (1,200-1,500) – Lot 2331
