*WINCHESTER LO-WALL WINDER MUSKET. Cal. 22Short. Standard Winder musket with 28″ round bbl, pedestal mounted front sight and Lyman receiver sight mounted to the right side. The top tang is marked with “US” and flaming bomb. It has the usual long forearm and straight stock with carbine style smooth steel buttplate with sling swivel bases. The forearm and wrist are checkered with non-factory coarse Winchester style checkering. SN 123499. CONDITION: Very good. The bbl retains 92-94% thinning blue, the receiver about 95-96% strong dark blue, the wood is sound and retains most of its custom finish. Bright shiny bore. 4-46633 JR140 (800-1,200)
