SN 34845. Cal. .270 WIN. 24″ bbl with ramp front sight and replacement white bead insert. Fold down rear sight. Model 70 action side has been drilled and a Griffin & Howe side mount installed with Redfield 1-3/4-5X scope. Three position transitional safety. “Supergrade” marked floorplate. Walnut Supergrade stock with ebony forend tip, wrap around checkering, inletted sling swivel studs, pancake cheek piece and replacement red vented recoil pad. CONDITION: Very good as restored. Bbl and receiver retain virtually all of a high quality restored blue finish, markings somewhat soft. Floorplate and trigger guard have about half of orig finish. Wood has most of a hand rubbed finish remaining with scattered light handling marks throughout. Pad has softened and partially collapsed at heal and toe. Mechanics are crisp. Bore is bright.
