Massive contemporary stained glass table lamp by Somers Stained Glass Studio has rich red peonies with mottled green glass leaves, all set against rich shaded blue and green glass background. Large shade is finished with beaded border on lower rim. Signed on interior rim with applied tag “Original Somers Stained Glass Deer Park N.Y.” Shade rests on a contemporary adjustable cast bronze base with root and ball foot leading to adjustable stem and three-light cluster. Base is complete with pierced heat cap and is finished in deep brown patina. Base is unsigned. SIZE: Shade is 28″ dia. Lamp adjusts from 33″ to 37″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent.
