Finely crafted silver snuff box, rectangular with cut corners, the cover featuring a Russian Gentleman on the back of a lion with architectural background, the bottom decorated with engraved scene with architectural arch and towers with flags. Very well marked 84 silver (makers mark indiscernible). SIZE: 3.7oz troy. 3-3/8″ x 2-5/8″ x 1/2″. PROVENANCE: A La Vieille Russie CONDITION: Very good, slight wear and minor loss to Niello. 9-96191 (400-600) – Lot 2304
