Circa 1780, Lancaster County. Rectangular dovetailed case with applied cove molding over three short aligned drawers over five graduated long drawers all with thumbmolded edges, flanked by engaged quarter columns on a molded base raised on bold ogee bracket feet. SIZE: 61-1/2″ h. 41-1/2″ case w. 44″ overall w. 22-1/2″ d. CONDITION: Chest professionally repolished and with very good cosmetic repairs where needed.
