NEW HAMPSHIRE BIRD’S EYE MAPLE MIRROR CLOCK.Mid 19th century, New England. The rectangular case with hinged door with bird’s eye pilasters centering the mirror plate below an eglomise panel with gilt stylized conch shell spandrels. The 7-1/2″ enameled dial fitted with barbed hands. The rare weight driven brass time and strike movement, striking on a bell. The case with swan’s neck pediment. Clock is offered with two weights, pendulum, and winder. SIZE: 37-1/2″ t x 16-1/2″ w x 5″ d. CONDITION: Case refurbished with light honey color.
