SCARCE HENRY ATKIN 12 GA THUMB LEVER SHOTGUN.

SN 274. Cal. 12 ga. 29″ Tig welded sleeved bbls with 4 Teague Precision invisible chokes and wrench. 2-3/4″ chambers, full length top rib with steel front bead with maker’s name and address and gold “1” at breech. Dbl triggers, extractor, auto safety. Straight grip buttstock checkered in 2-pt pattern with carved teardrop behind action, nickel oval near toe and 14-1/2″ LOP over brown leather covered pad. Splinter forearm, checked in 3-pt pattern with Curtis release. Receiver is finely rose and scroll engraved and marked “HENRY ATKIN” on both sides. Trigger guard bow with large thumb push opener. Top of frame with “1” and “SAFE” in gold. English nitro reproof, 2015. Weight: 6lb. 8oz. CONDITION: Excellent as restored. Bbls retain 95-97% restored blue finish with minor losses at sleeve joint. Buttstock and forearm have been restored. Checkering is very good. Receiver retains 30-40% original light case color. All screws, pins, trigger guard bow and opener have been professionally restored as have triggers. Mechanics are crisp. Bores are bright and shiny.
