1) WALTHER MOD 1. SN 2249. Cal. 22 LR. 20-1/2″ sporter bbl with triangular front sight and Express rear with 1 standing and 2 folding leafs. Unique semi auto receiver with manual single shot override is marked with maker’s banner, fitted for claw mount. Tang safety, 5 rnd detachable mag. Sporter style walnut stock with checkered semi pistol grip, Walther marked hard rubber buttplate. Factory sling swivels. PROVENANCE: The Esteemed Collection Of Noted Expert And Author Warren Buxton. CONDITION: Good to very good. Bbl and rec retain most of its factory blue finish with scattered light to moderate pitting and high edge wear, left rear rec and trigger bow have heavier oxidation. Wood retains most of its factory finish with numerous light to moderate handling marks. Buttplate is good. Mechanics are crisp. Bore is bright. C&R 2) WALTHER MOD I POST WAR. SN 35177K. Cal. 22 LR. 20-1/2″ sporter bbl with ramp front sight and bead insert, 200M tangent rear sight. Unique semi auto receiver with manual single shot override is marked with maker’s banner. Military style safety, 5 rnd detachable mag. Sporter style walnut stock with checkered semi pistol grip, Walther marked hard rubber buttplate. Factory sling swivels with brown leather sporting sling.
