Erte bronze sculpture entitled “Le Marveilleuse” depicts an elegant woman wearing a long flowing gown with single cutout sleeve. Her bare arm is wrapped from wrist to shoulder in gold bracelets. Her gown has a high cutout exposing one leg which is also wrapped from ankle to hip in gold bracelets. Her gown is polychromed in light blue. She rests atop a two-step bronze base with Erte signature on top, and impressed on the back side “87/250 JM RKP INT. Corp. Copyright 1980”. SIZE: 16″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent.
