Embossed sign with allegorical scene of an ornate gondola being poled by a cherub on a pond, self-promoting this Boston, MA firm, famous for their early tin advertisements. Sign features an embossed date pad for 1897 which probably held paper monthly date sheets. SIZE: 18-1/2″ w x 12-1/4″ h.
