First quarter 20th century, France. This nice walnut example by Louis Majorelle upholstered in moss green velvet. The molded frame with arched crestrail continuing to downswept arms on molded supports raised on molded modified cabriole legs joined to molded seat frame. SIZE: 28-3/4″ h of back. 17″ h of seat. 27-1/2″ w overall. CONDITION: Chair frame has been reglued and tightened prior to reupholstery with a minor professional repair to joint at proper right seam of crestrail.
